The Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU) is Egypt's first university to adopt the e-learning model. Established in 2008 by Presidential Decree No. 233, it became a National University in 2018. EELU provides flexible, technology-driven higher education through a blended learning system that combines online education with on-campus support. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Information Technology, Business Administration, and Educational Studies through learning centers across Egypt.
Applicants must hold a recognized secondary school qualification such as Egyptian Thanaweya Amma, American Diploma, British IGCSE/A Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), or other equivalent certificates approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. Applications are submitted through the university's online admission portal.
Tuition fees vary depending on the faculty, academic program, and study level. Fees are updated annually by the university.
